What support looks like
Each week your support worker will pick your child up from home or other previously agreed location.
They then support your child to a pre-planned regular activity (for example, a sports or social club) or different activities each week (for example, a mixture of parks/walks/events and leisured activities. Dependant on what your child/you would like to do that day).
Our support workers then drop your child back home
